
Original diary from Faulkner’s ‘Go Down, Moses’ discovered?

A diary has been discovered that may have been used by William Faulkner as the model for a farm ledger that plays a key role in Go Down, Moses (1942). “I think it’s one of the most sensational literary discoveries of recent decades,” said John Lowe, an English professor at Louisiana State University who is writing a book on Faulkner.
